Summary: KryptoClaw is a self-custody wallet. You are solely responsible for your private keys, seed phrases, and all transactions. We provide software tools; we do not provide financial advice or custodial services.
By downloading, installing, or using KryptoClaw (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

⚠️ CRITICAL: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase (recovery phrase) and private keys. If you lose your seed phrase, you will permanently lose access to your funds. We cannot recover lost seed phrases or private keys.

We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Blockchain transactions require network fees (gas fees) paid to miners/validators. These fees are set by the network, not KryptoClaw.
When using the swap feature, a small service fee (0.248%) is included in the transaction. This fee is clearly disclosed before you confirm any swap.
KryptoClaw does not charge fees for sending, receiving, or viewing your holdings.
The App, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Neural Draft LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
KryptoClaw is provided under license for personal, non-commercial use.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency investments are highly volatile and risky. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
You acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including but not limited to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neural Draft LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or restrict access for violations of these Terms.
Termination does not affect your ownership of cryptocurrency or your ability to access your wallet using your seed phrase in other compatible applications.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KryptoClaw regarding the App.
